01. Information we use
NEXUS is a community application for chat, games, music, shared viewing and creative work. Account identifiers, email addresses, display names, profile images and sessions support sign-in and role permissions. Messages, uploads, follows, reactions and channel activity support the features you use.
Channel content can be seen by people who can access that channel. Personal photo notes, ratings and notes-board entries are associated with your account and are separate from channel messages. RAI may use your saved preferences to personalise suggestions. Creative tasks can publish their selected output in the library and originating channel.
Security and connection records may contain IP addresses, timestamps, errors and authorised actions. Activity totals are historical; signing out does not erase earlier activity.
02. Google connections
NEXUS does not receive your Google password. Google sign-in provides your account identifier, verified email and basic profile. Sign-in alone does not grant Gmail, YouTube subscription or Drive access.
Optional YouTube notifications
Separately authorised subscription channel identifiers and names can be used to find new public videos. Selected links may appear in Online Music. This feature does not request permission to change your YouTube account.

Selected email senders, recipients, subjects, dates and text support review and reply drafts. Read and send permissions are separate. Sending requires review of the recipient and text and approval for that particular send.
Google-derived information is used for the functions you select. NEXUS does not sell it, use it for advertising targeting or collect it to train a general-purpose AI model. Use is limited by the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements. Optional integrations may be unavailable during migration; this page does not activate them.
03. RAI and online AI providers
An assistant request may send your prompt, limited recent conversation, relevant channel or game information and saved preferences to an online model provider. Server RAI uses Google Gemini; local assistants and creative workflows may use OpenAI or Google services according to the feature. A local executor does not mean the model runs entirely on your PC.
Image questions and creative tasks may include the reference you select. Optional audio analysis may include a short audio sample. Choosing AI improvement for a Hermes draft may send selected email text, your instructions and draft to the configured provider. Mail content is not automatically posted in public channels.
Only include information you intend to share in a request. Providers have their own processing practices: Google Privacy Policy and OpenAI Privacy Policy. NEXUS does not promise that an external provider retains no data.
04. Media and browser permissions
Camera, microphone, source-tab sharing and recording use your controls and browser permissions. Nexus Sync shares the tab you select, not every other tab or your whole desktop automatically. Viewers of the shared channel can see or hear the selected content.
Uploads, generated media, screenshots and recordings may be stored in the library or selected local or Drive folders. Other users may keep their own copies of shared content. Download statistics count transfers and distinct accounts; they do not prove a file was saved on a viewer's device.
Spotify, embedded media and external links follow their respective services' data practices. Referral links are identified and may earn the operator a commission. Required session cookies support sign-in; browser storage can hold theme, CRT and volume preferences. This policy page includes no tracking scripts or login gate.
05. Storage and retention
NEXUS is being migrated from local Windows hosting to a dedicated Ubuntu server with Hosting Dünyam. During migration, local records and private staging copies may both exist. Public application availability and optional integrations are enabled separately.
Local Google tokens use Windows user protection. Server credentials are held outside the public website. Prepared recovery checkpoints are encrypted, and selected backup files are stored in the operator's private Google Drive backup area. Media and exported files can have additional copies in selected folders.
There is currently no uniform automatic deletion period for every record type. Records may remain until an available deletion action or a verified administrator cleanup. Dated backups can retain older copies after deletion from active records; a fully automated retention schedule is not yet installed. Copies saved by other users are outside NEXUS's direct control.
Access controls and encryption reduce risk; they cannot guarantee absolute security. Credentials and recovery keys are never published through this page.
06. Your choices
- Sign out to end your session. Previous messages and activity are not automatically erased.
- Use available controls to edit or delete your content, notes and preferences.
- Disable optional sharing or notification features when no longer needed.
- Review or revoke Google access in Google Account connections. Revocation does not automatically delete previously saved NEXUS data.
- Request access, correction or deletion of account and connected-service records from the operator.
We verify the identity of the person making a data request and explain its scope and any records that need to be preserved.
